On Friday March 27th, during 7th Period, retired Farrington High School Culinary Arts Academy Instructor Chef Paul Onishi visited Kalakaua Middle School. During his visit there were eleven selected KMS students that participated in learning basic kitchen safety, sanitary precautions and food preparation. The students learned how to cook chicken katsu with katsu sauce. Our KMS students were very pleased to be a part of this special classroom instruction period.
