Dear Parents and Guardians,
When your child returns to school from an absence, please make sure your child brings a note to state the reason for absence (this note can be written by the parent/guardian).
If your child is absent for an extended amount of time due to illness which required a doctor's visit, please obtain an excuse note from your child's doctor at the time of the visit. The doctor's note is needed to verify your child's illness as well as assure that they are healthy enough to return back to school.
Please have your child submit all notes to the Registrar's office on the day they he/she returns to school.
