Once again we are having the "Stop the Flu" Clinic this year. Those wishing their child to have the Flu Vaccination done at school needed to turn in their forms no later than the deadline of September 7, 2012. If you have missed filling out the form, your child will NOT be able to receive the vaccine at school. Please see your child's doctor about receiving the flu vaccine.
